Absolutely embarrassing customer service. A couple of buddies of mine decided to go for a few Sunday drinks and game. We walked in and waited for nearly 30 minutes while noone acknowledged or helped us. Come to find out the bartender was playing golf instead of doing their job. I've been told she was working on the golf simulator "technical issue" when I seen all four simulators up and running with individuals golfing. There was no issue other than us being flat out ignored it does not matter as i will STILL not be going back to this establishment. First and last time walking into this unwelcoming environment.
This was my first time trying virtual golf. It was a lot of fun. The woman working there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to try it again, and they also have mini-golf!
Great place to enjoy golf any time of year!! All the employees are awesome and willing to help out new players and instruct them on how the simulators work! I highly recommend 👍🏼 bring your own clubs if you have em, rentals are available …
