THE ROCK BAR + GRILL

I used to stop in at this restaurant quite often. NO MORE! My server was great, the food was great but the Manager was terrible! I ordered from my server and then WAITED for my meal 40 to 45 minutes! There was very few other customers in the restaurant. My server offered me a drink on the house which was great based on the long wait time. When I received the bill I noticed that the "free drink" was put back onto the bill. The server told me that her Manager told her to do that! I asked to talk to the Manager which turned out to be a very bad experience. She told me that my wait time was not out of the ordinary! WOW! And she refused to take the "free" drink off of my bill. I told her that based on her position on this experience I would NEVER come back. She told me that would be my choice in a very matter of fact way! I plan to tell many others about this experience and recommend that they not visit The Rock either!

Food is absolutely amazing. My favorite is the Jack Burger,also the prices are insanely reasonable for getting a golf course bar and grill.The main bartender named Doug has been nothing but amazing and attentive answering my boyfriend's ridiculous questions and requests

Every time we've ever tired to go "closed for private event" (3 times)... maybe don't have a sign that says open to public if you're always closed for a private event.
