DO NOT PLAY THIS COURSE! The grass in the fairways was taller than any rough I've ever played. I LOST A SLEEVE OF BALLS IN THE FAIRWAY!!! WORST COURSE EVER!!!
Thankfully, the course is under new management. Their new president and vice president really seem to care about the course and are making major changes quickly. It will obviously take some time for the neglect from so many years to be repaired, but they seem committed and have already made significant improvements to achieve their goals. I left this course 2 years ago, as the greens just simply weren't playable. But their greens are slowly coming back to life, and I will gladly support the course with my green fee's. It's awesome having a course so close to my house, so I definitely want to see them succeed. You guys go check them out. It's cheap golf, and every dollar we spend out there will help the course continually progress to what we all wish it to be. Update: The new carts are awesome.
Years ago, Charlie and his son ran this course. It was pristine, always well kept. Many years have passed, hope all goes well for the recovery of this course.
