The Range

Looks like The Range has fallen on hard times. I paid $21 dollars for a large bucket but then realized the place doesnt have any power. I messaged the number and received a generic response that said i will be refunded. I walked out and picked up about half a bucket of balls, most in pretty bad shape. No need for a refund, but I wish this place was managed better. Lots of potential.

First time at this place, couldn't get the card reader to operate, text the number on the wall, someone texted me back within 30 seconds.Issue solved. Me and my grandson really enjoyed it. Not the best balls, but good enough for a driving range.

Swiped my card to get balls. Charged my card but no balls in the machine. Had to go pick up balls off the range to get my money’s worth. A big percentage of the balls are split and busted open. Didn’t appear the balls had been picked up off the range, probably why the homemade ball machine didn’t have any balls in it. Very poorly managed and run. This happened to several people while I was there. One guy said he called the number, to no avail. He also stated he emailed them. I didn’t waste my time trying to contact anyone. It’s not my job to encourage you to do your job. I paid for service that I didn’t receive. First and last visit. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
