304 River Edge Lofts

We moved my mother in law in a year ago. From initial tour to paperwork and lease signing, the Manager, Lindi was amazing. She goes above and beyond always. She listens to the residents and takes wonderful care of them. The residences are quiet and safe. The building is clean and safe. People are polite. Highly recommend 304 River Edge!

I've lived here for 8 years and love my apartment. It has plenty of space, separate room for washer/dryer, pantry, walk-in closet, perfect for 2 people. I also have a balcony overlooking the river and the golf course. There are great neighbors, and we can walk all over Williamston with its wonderful restaurants, movie theater, park, stores. Lastly, I would not have stayed so long if not for the excellent apartment manager, Lindi. She plans events for us, just had a coffee and donuts morning. At Christmas she had a table full of Christmas wrapping, bows, etc. so that you could wrap presents. She is very involved and attentive and great to work with.

My wife and I lived here with a roommate for almost two years and it was pretty perfect! Parking isn’t great but they make up for it elsewhere. We had a ladybug problem that they called in experts for. Our washer stopped working and they had it fixed same week. Great amenities, lots of things to do right downtown. Thank you Lindi and Julio!
