Our recent team retreat at X-Golf was an absolute hit! Kristen's exceptional customer service, from the moment I inquired about reservations to the day of our event, set the tone for a memorable experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by her team, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and confident using the simulators. They patiently explained everything, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home. We laughed, we competed, and we created lasting memories – all thanks to the wonderful team at X-Golf. I can't wait to return for another round of fun!

The customer service was excellent! Kristin kept checking in on us and making sure we were good. The only feedback is the sensors gave us non readings a few times. We would take 2-3 full swings and it wouldn’t read it. I provided this feedback to the owner and he was receptive! We still had a great time and finished 18 in 2 hours.

It would have been a 5 star rating as everything went great until they tried to jack the price up on us when it was time to pay. When we booked it we were told $40 an hour or $80 for 2 hours. Then they said when it was time to pay it was during the holidays (Monday 12/23) and they wanted to get $50 an hour???? So it would be $100. I was like No we were quoted $40 per hour and that is what we are paying. None of us liked that even though we had a good time we walked out with a negative experience. They relinquished after I told them we were only paying what was quoted. Not sure what they were thinking as it wasn't even a holiday.
