I purchased a swing analysis through Virgin Experiences for my husband for Christmas. Novi is a participating location for the voucher and we successfully booked the analysis for today. When we arrived, Randy set us up in the room and mentioned my husband by name and acknowledged our appointment in his system. He started asking a lot of questions about my husband's golfing history and goals. He got to the part about how many days he would be coming in for lessons and we stated we lived almost an hour away so we would not likely come here. He said hold on and left the room. He came back and now stated he suddenly cannot find the voucher even though he knew my husband's name. He then stated that my husband won't be coming here for lessons. I asked him is that the reason he will not honor the voucher and his response was "well, yeah, what's in it for me?" We drove almost an hour and ended up leaving without the analysis done. Do not recommend this location at all.
