Very nice. Impressive in size. Clean and comfortable rooms. I wish we could've stayed longer and enjoyed it more. The gym was great. The dining looked good but I didn't get to go. The only thing I didn't like is the expensive parking. …

More run down than we expected. $30/night parking fee The espresso machine was down for the 4 days we were onsite. …

The location is amazing, but everything costs extra once you arrive, and the rooms are minimalist. I have no distinct complaints - they do a good job - but for a family traveling together, it would be easy to spend over budget on very normal things.

Casey Horton

Rude young lady at the front desk. Outrageous parking fees, even for hotel guests. Loud wedding receptions all weekend, don't expect to sleep.

Glenn Campbell

Old and kind of musty smelling. The breakfast buffet was cold and don't order an omelette unless you have all morning and want it made with ingredients you didn't ask for. Don't count on room service either. The published hours of operation mean nothing - the kitchen obviously shuts down whenever it feels like it.

Becca Newman

Huge venue, amazing conferences. Excellent bar service and good options. Beautiful area. Lake and garden area beautiful even in winter. Would be an amazing place for a wedding.

Michele Miller

My room was old and, humid. The bathroom was falling apart. The service and, staff were great.

Wayne Nesmith

Kyle, a front desk rep, explained options patiently & pleasantly. Nick was the coolest waiter. Best hotel staff experience! My new favorite vacation !!!

Sarenth Odinsson (Sarenth)

Absolutely amazing staff that made me feel welcomed and wanted the whole of ConVocation. Huge shout out to Matt and Gabby! You do amazing work.

Very nice. Impressive in size. Clean and comfortable rooms. I wish we could've stayed longer and enjoyed it more. The gym was great. The dining looked good but I didn't get to go. The only thing I didn't like is the expensive parking. I didn't pay because I signed up for the rewards so I'm not sure how it would be for future stays.

More run down than we expected. $30/night parking fee The espresso machine was down for the 4 days we were onsite. The A/C rattled loudly in our room. The walls in our room were paper thin, our neighbor’s movie rumbled through our headboard and we could hear every conversation. The blinds were broken, and could only be lifted halfway. Lots of little things like only 2 towels issued to the room, no luggage rack, no remote. The mattress and pillows were great, and I’m glad the room didn’t smell like smoke. We’re gold members and generally have room upgrades, but nothing offered here, even after the engineer couldn’t fix the blinds.
