Looking at housing that's available. We have to sell our Auburn hills $200,000 home due to my pending disability. Loss of my income is crippling our financial future. Park it's lovely quieter than I would of thought. Beautifully landscaped but huge trees. Streets well maintained. Just a grouping of owned trailers. No rentals! Pet friendly.

Lived here two years. This park is probably the 2nd best trailer park in Oakland County. Quiet, clean, and reasonable staff. No barking dogs, no piles of poop, nice landscaping. Only reason I won’t give it 5 stars is the marijuana smell. It’s fairly common, and quite strong. Other than that, great place to live.

Country Cousin Mobile home park is a great place to live if mobile home living is for you. Very nice in the summer. A lot of mature trees. When we moved in in 2014 and still does remind me of being in a campground. Laura, office manager is the best. The owner is pretty much always on site. He takes good care of this park. Just missing a pool and workout room. 😀😀
