University Park Golf Course

This course in a diamond in the rough...pun intended. The grounds are well maintained and cared for. Fairways are straight for the most part and lined with trees. The greens are well manicured and roll true. No frills, straight forward course. Fun course to play.

Today, I came out to University Park Golf course to knock the dust off my Golf swing. I came out because I'm recovering from a total knee replacement. It had been 22 months since I last swung a golf club.While I was there, I talked to the clerk in the pro shop, (Jeff) a nice friendly guy and I was telling him my story. While I was on the driving range, Jeff comes up and hands me a card for 9 free holes of golf. Jeff tells me that my story resignated with him, because he knows first-hand how it is trying to recover from a total knee replacement. This was also an incentive to come back and it get better at my game. I highly recommend University Park Golf Course. Jeff and the course manager Stacey are top-notch people in my book. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
