Clearbrook Golf Club - Public & Member Play

I don't usually read reviews for golf courses that I've never played. Usually it's from people that have had a wedding there or beginner golfers who don't know what they're talking about. The reviews for this course were mixed at best mostly complaints about the sand traps being rough in the greens being covered by ball marks. This couldn't be further from the truth; this is one outstanding, well run, well kept golf course in Saugatuck. Midweek rate $68 over 60 years old $40 I would have paid twice that much. Beautiful well kept bunkers, conditions were beautiful greens that had interesting undulations on each hole, narrow fairways, well bunkered par threes. I wouldn't believe a single poor review of this golf course that I see on this site I played it yesterday and I'll go back every time I head back up to Michigan.

Played there this morning. Course was a lot of fun. Some nice holes with elevation changes. Greens were fantastic. We had a three some played in 3 hours. Highly recommend Clearbrook.

Great course a few of the holes include a blind shot and precision. Greens are in great shape. Bar and Grill are great. We never saw a beverage cart while we played. Driving range limited to irons. Pace of play was great.
