Crooked Creek Golf & Banquet

We had our son’s birthday party last Sunday. The lady working at the front desk was not welcoming and very rude to myself, fiancé and the people that came to the party. When my niece asked for a different size shoe, the worker was very rude and asked her if “she was sure she had the right size this time because she already got her shoes”. When asked to set up another set of lanes, the front desk worker was not helpful and rude about getting lanes set up. We were told we had to wait until a game was finished, because she couldn’t fix the lane on the same pair. Even tho we were paying for the two hours of bowling per person. We told her on multiple occasions that balls were stuck in the gutters and she responded with “oh where” and then did nothing about it. She was not welcoming or helpful to our party. Other individuals at another birthday there also had the same experience with her and shared with me that she was rude and not helpful. The waitress on the bar side was AMAZING. She worked her butt off and accommodated our partys needs as best she could, while the front desk worker sat there and did nothing. Our family has been on bowling leagues for years ant crooked creek and this past weekend made us not want to come back and will likely be taking our service elsewhere.

Ok this is the second birthday party we've had there. I find as a parent most places have a TON of ridiculous restrictions and/or are VERY expensive for what's offered. NOT here, it's so relaxed very reasonable prices and honestly we had grandpas bowing with grandkids. And everything in between, it's a great and private set up. Pizza, Pop and bowling for all ages. Great option and seriously highly recommend

No ranger on the course on Father's day... Got 6 man groups, groups goofing around. Slowest game of golf I've ever played. Got 3 groups back up at the tee box.
