Unique golf course with lots of variety. Especially front nine to back nine. Greens very undulating on front and more tiered on the back. Condition is as good as it gets statewide. Tees and fairways immaculate. Greens very true. Played 7/6/24
Course was in great condition, however, our round was ruined on hole 13 when we had a bizarre interaction with a very rude clubhouse worker. Context: We were a group of 6 (5-17 HDCP) playing in 2 groups of 3. We played our round in 3hr 30min. On hole 13 we were approached by an angry clubhouse worker accusing us of playing in a 6 some and needed to keep it moving. (two greens were near each other so I assume their gps looked like we were playing together when in reality the second was an entire hole ahead) He was very unnecessarily angry. I explained how we were way ahead of average pace and weren’t holding anyone up. His exact words: “doesn’t matter.” He also told us people were on hole 10. (I don’t think this was true because I didn’t see a single group on the back with us.) The irrational hostility killed our entire groups moods. Rudeness towards out-of-towners seems to be a common theme here.
Just golfed here 7/17/24 The course was in awesome shape. I definitely wasn’t ready for them greens. Didn’t experience any rude employees as others have commented about. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend
