The course has a solid layout and clever design, but it's squandered by years of neglect. Cart paths are a mess, greens and tee boxes are patchy at best, bunkers are like concrete, and the roughs are a forgotten jungle. And for this delightful experience, you’ll shell out a cool $49 for 18 holes with a cart—or $40 for just 9. Save your cash and go elsewhere; this place doesn’t come close to earning its lofty price tag.
Trying to go golfing today the man the had an attitude told me I’m not golfing with an attitude I understand I may have to wait a little while for frost but you do not come at a customer like he did I was polite, trying to be understanding. He was just angry and giving an attitude so I went to another course that was nice and polite and I had no problem waiting for a few minutes there I will probably never ever come back to this course if I have to see this gentleman with an attitude again there is no reason on a Easter Sunday to ruin a customers day like that.
Went to a course up the road who appeared disinterested in live golf they were watching it on TV, but they did recommend Bay Valley. The person behind the counter at Bay Valley seemed genuine in stating the course was refurbishing after changing hands. They didn't have walking carts but did suggest where I could get a lightweight bag if I wanted to walk. The course was in better condition than the two other courses (BCCC & AM) I golfed at in the area. The water added a challenge that you don't often find. All in all, the service was better, much friendlier than the other two. The uniqueness draws me back.
