They have been "preparing for launch" in my area and other areas I've searched for years. They've never made any progress. They pretend to support an area on the home screen, then require your email and zip to then just tell you we are "preparing to launch" check out these other areas.

I have never left a review before, but feel this needs to be mentioned. For years I have used Golf Grouper for numerous golf rounds for the discount. I purchased one this year for Jack Frost Golf course. It is not worth buying. At Jack Frost, If you prepay for your round you can book 2 weeks in advanced. With the GG voucher it is seven days in advanced through the club house. Its impossible to get T time using the GG coupon on the weekend like before and if if you play during the week its not much of a savings. Its hard to check the golf courses policies prior to buying the voucher because the policies are not published at the time of purchase. Just one mans opinion.

For most of my past 10 years with Group Golfer has been pretty good. Some good deals, and supportive staff. But I am now done with them. I have had a recent issue with an expired voucher, and the customer service has been non supportive. Practically no acknowledgement or understanding of my situation. It has been 3 weeks since my first contact and I still can't get answers. I asked if they could tell me HOW a course came up with it's promotional value, and I still have no answer. They are locked into their business partner. End of story. And my end to being a Group Golfer subscriber.
