Alpine Golf Course

Fantastic course! I had the pleasure of being the first to tee off a couple times midweek this past August. Facilities to start - there’s a nice pro shop to check in at. The practice range is complimentary, which is a nice plus. Good electric carts equipped with a digital display that gives you course info and distances, and with GPS to keep you away from problem areas and on the course. Course itself is lovely. You’re basically winding down through mountain so quite a few fairways open up below you like a valley. Fairways are pretty wide, and greens seemed average. I highly recommend this course if you’re up in the Boyne/Petosky area. Reasonably priced (from $115 early midweek to $160 during prime hours).

Great course, well maintained. Sand traps could be better, quite rocky. The staff is super friendly and want to take care of the golfers. Can’t say enough about how good of a job the bag staff and pro shop does!

Outstanding Course. The course was in great condition. Mostly great staff. Jerri Lee was a hoot. The course loses a star for two reasons. #1 The two starters were the opposite of helpful. I asked one what the course record twice and he had no idea. He eventually just said 64 which obviously was just thrown out there. And the other guy just didn't even an answer me. Also neither warned us that the drive to the first tee box might be the longest in North America. I mean are ya kidding me?
