What people say about (Reddeman Farms Golf & Banquets)

Michael Rybicki

Just last year this course was a good value and friendly to Jr Golfers. Today I start my boycott against then when they tried to charge my son $24 to WALK 9 holes at 3:30 in the afternoon. I believe they were bought out by a large corporation and it would appear that all they want to do is gouge people because they think they can. Note the date of any other reviews because they are most likely pre-corporate reviews if they are good ones. Please send a message with me, join my boycott and do not golf here. Before, the course had reasonable rates for an OK course. I drove 10 minutes away to Hudson Mills and my son is now playing nine holes for $10 - make that your new favorite!

This place used to be a 4 star... What happened. Good golf but close to terrible food. Friend of mine ordered a sandwich and got a slice of lunch meat, slice of American cheese on ordinary white bread. Guess that is a sandwich?

14 of us had Easter brunch today - I do not recommend this place at all. I'm not normally a complainer but I'm making a point to review here so that they might know just how bad they are doing. Every. Single. Thing. Was. Horrible. They had an "omlette station" where the eggs were pre-cooked into burnt dried out folded omlette shapes stacked in a tray like tacos. The "cook" plopped one in a greasy pan and put some fake cheese on it, then let it sit there and burn some more to melt. Coffee was burnt mud black. "Juice" was a food colored water with barely any sugar in it. Chaffing dishes were all audibally crackeling with fire cooking and drying out the pathetic sparse already dry food that was in them. The mac&cheese was so dry and glued together that you couldn't get a spoon into it. The chicken was a dull gray. The green beans were a yellow light green color and were floating on the top of a tray of water. There was no silverware most the time, or plates. There was a bunch of food laying on the carpet in front of buffett tables that everyone was stepping in and smashing into the carpet. Nobody cleared empty plates. The staff was very young inexperienced. "Roast beef" was dried up tough pieces in a chaffing tray cooked to absolute death with NO kind of sauce or gravy to help save it, I hurt my teeth on it and just left it on my plate. The desserts were again dried out little tiny pastries with that REALLY fake look and taste... like they were bought at the corner gas station. Every bit of food was like it came over in a shipping container from China. I guess that about covers it. These people have no business being in the food business. Maybe the golf's better, I don't know?
