What people say about (The Hills of Lenawee Golf Club and Banquet Center)

Matt Bonner

Fairly priced. The hills raise the difficulty level, and the greens are pure. This course is worth the $40–50 on weekends; there is nothing bad about it. Unlike other courses, this one also has real thick rough. The challenge is further increased by the abundance of balls where the grass engulfs them. The only drawback is that it can be challenging to locate balls in these roughs, but that is typical. 5/5 stars ⭐️

We just hosted our daughter’s baby shower at The Hills of Lenawee in the banquet area and it was an amazing day. The staff, Courtney and Rochelle were so attentive, helpful and organized!! They made the day run so smoothly!! The food was good and they were able to accommodate food allergies. There was a golf event also happening the same day, so they offered guests shuttles if they had to park a distance. They thought of everything and went above and beyond to make the day relaxing and enjoyable.

Fleecelined Flannel

My rating is for the course, not the banquet center. It used to be an honor to play this course when it was privately owned, beautiful and well manicured. When it went public they must have fired the groundskeepers. Greedy owners, I assume, sold off trees from the woods that line a lot of the back 9. Trees were cut and all the brush and branches were left behind. Looks like a war zone. Trees lining the creek that runs past several holes used to be cleared when they fell. Now they just lie there. Goose poop everywhere. So sad to see a once beautiful course neglected and now so ugly.
