Savannah Lakes Village Recreation Complex

Toured this facility looking for a 55+. My wife and I currently live in a Del Webb 55+. We did a stay and play despite us not being golfers. The bed was a little hard for my wife and I but the price was right. Even called our realtor Michael that was able to come up a day early because we fell in love. So much so we contracted on property and have started the build process with Capital. You will know right from jump street that Michael from SLV and Dwight from Capital are men of integrity. A quality in rare supply these days. Our grand kids live in Aiken. Close enough to visit yet far enough not to be babysitters. If your looking for a quiet place to enjoy your retirement SLV is for you.

Visited family and stopped up here a few times for some different activities. Facility appears to be well maintained and clean, and staff was friendly every time we interacted with them. Good place to stop if you are visiting in the area.

Loved it so much we decided to move here! Sun shine and blue sky almost every day.
