After 3 days of heavy rain, the course was definitely rough; which is not their fault. We were surprised it was open at all today. It is hard to know where to go for the next hole sometimes. There isn't much for food and drink options (and no outside food and drink allowed), but the original clubhouse was recently destroyed by a tornado. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only warning for my disabled friends is that there are a lot of small hills that you will need to walk on that are decently far from the cart path. The course itself is along the river. Lots of geese, ducks, squirrels, and birds.
Had a tee time booked for a week ahead of 7/11/25 for the morning. Drive over a hour to get here only to find out that they decided to not open to 11! Sure would have been nice for them to notify people. This is a complete and total lack of professionalism by the course.
The desk person was super friendly and helpful , as it was our first time there playing. It's a pretty bare bones course and the greens were being worked on a few of the holes. The back 9 is a much better layout than the front 9. Overall it was a good day, and the course is about what you'd expect for the price. About a 35 minute drive from midtown Savannah.
