What people say about (Palmetto Hills Golf Club)

I'd give it 3.5 out of 5. Before coming here I heard some really bad things and people telling me not to waste my time. Well, I wanted to see for my self. And it was not that bad. I thought the greens were good. Except for hole 9 and I think the other hole was 13. 9 was really bad. Tee boxes and fairways were decent. Besides those 2 or 3 bad greens I really have no other complaints..The girl at the club house who checked me in was really nice. Paid $42 for a round on Saturday. I would come back but not for $42

Course is in OK shape, not great. The fairways were fine and playable, and the greens were in decent shape. For the most part, 13/18 of them were in good shape. About 5 of them are pretty chewed up. The layout is very quirky and hilly. I would say, for the most part, it was a good course for the area and a good value. You can tell that the owners are trying to elevate the place. The club house was older but in really good shape. Pace of play was SLOW Scores out of 10 Club house 7.2 Carts 6.5 Tee boxes 5.9 Fairways 5.8 Greens 5.7 Course Layout 5.4 Pace of play 4.3 Overall: 5.82 / 10

As a regular at this Palmetto Hills I’ve noticed some positive shifts since the new management took over. They’ve just started making improvements, and it’s clear they’re working hard to make the course better for both golfers and the community. The course is already looking more cared for, and there’s a noticeable effort in making the overall experience more enjoyable. The changes are still in the early stages, but I’m excited to see where things go. It’s a good start, and I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. I’m hopeful the improvements will continue and bring even more positive changes in the future. From golf lessons with a professional coach to re doing the cart paths, I am definitely excited to see what the next couple of years hold for Palmetto Hills.
