Marge Kettles/The Village I at Chickamauga

Inexperienced property manager. Very nice apartments but needs some serious updates on the inside. Problems with mildew & mold. Forget taking issues up with Boyd Management they are rude, disrespectful. will Tell you if you don't like it leave. The worst part is no privacy. They do monthly inspections.

Marge has an absolutely beautiful picture. I wasn't making a comment on her post. I was answering the question about an apartment. Please make room for answers.
