Retreat @ Golf Links

I recently visited for an apartment tour and was blown away by the phenomenal customer service I received from my leasing agent, Laura. She was one of the best agents I have ever met and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She and Marcy made me feel right at home. I felt like I was talking with old friends with how natural and fluid our conversation was. They were both super polite and could answer every question I had for them. The tour was nice, and the apartment complex has a great location adjacent to the golf course. A majority of the units back up right next to the fairways, and it gives you a sense of calm and serenity amid an otherwise busy area in the middle of Melbourne. I am moving in next month, and I couldn't be happier, I wanted to call out the great service I received from both Laura and Marcy.

I have lived in these apartments since 2022 and have been very happy here, the units have great layouts and I love the flooring and included appliances (especially the in unit Washer and Dryers), not to mention my patio overlooking a palm tree studded golf course and a waterway, very relaxing for me and my pup! Late in 2024 a new owner took over (and the name changed), I was a bit apprehensive at first, but aside from no negatives being noted so far (a few months in) they have updated the signage on the property and have also improved the (already excellent) tenant communication! All of that combined with a very convenient location in Melbourne (in range of every type of restaurant and business you could want, and a short drive from the beach), this has been, and continues to be, a great place to live! Uneven floors, roach infested when the lady upstairs moved out I started seeing roaches coming thur the walls in my kitchen. I was there for only one month they wouldn’t fix the floors. The place is old and smells of mildew. They are painting them now to make the look newer. The gym is a joke half of the equipment isn’t working. There’s no umbrellas just two sm tables and lounge chairs. Glad I got out of there!
