Aquarina Beach Club

Stopped in for cocktail. 8 senior golfers hanging at a table indoors. Announced myself at the bar and proceeded to an outside table. A water appeared and apologized for Joe the bartender who forgot he sent us to an outside table. We ordered a Bahama Mama which was good. Very quiet watching the greens around us. Another couple appeared who were local and engaged us in conversation. Finished our drink and on the way out I noticed a sign saying " live band Friday night " could be worth a trip back.

Visited the area on spring break. Our son and his friend, Seniors in highschool, wanted to golf. They are on the varsity golf team at home, but I was worried about how two "kids" would be received. The boys had a great time on the course. The staff were very friendly. The other golfers, though much older, treated the boys with respect. They had a wonderful time and I'm sure we will be back next spring break.

Aquarina is the definition of living the dogs life.
