Sweetgum Executive Golf Course

Fun course. Some of the tees could be placed better. Staff was slightly unpleasant. Ridiculous 2 person per cart rule, regardless of whether your cart is designed to seat more with bags for each player.

Played Mangrove, the greens were not playable. The Villages executive course maintenance has been going downhill for the past two years. We never saw a course in this bad of shape before. We now have a list of course to avoid, and it getting longer every quarter. There must be new management and they lack the necessary skills to maintain golf courses.

After being closed for more than six months for rehabilitation the course is in terrific shape. Played there 6/5/19.
