Mission Resort Golf Pro Shop

It’s a hidden gem, both courses are excellent. If you’re planning to stay it’s a bit 50/50 some of the rooms are on the older side so they feels small and old and some rooms are great. When it comes to the golf, both El Campeón & Las Colinas make up for the rooms.

I was part of a group for a weekend of golf (three rounds and two nights stay at the resort.) My wedding ring was stolen off of my bag while it was in overnight storage. I understand that it is my responsibility to not leave valuables, but another golfer in our group had a towel stolen from his bag...a Mission Resort towel of all things! Why steal a towel that advertises your own resort? Management better get control of those sticky fingers! The courses were in nice shape and they are both challenging layouts which earned an extra star.

Played El Campeon today and I will say that the course conditions were excellent even after a hard rain the day before. The elevation changes, island greens and dogleg holes make this course a great round of golf. My only complaint was that when I reserved my tee-time online it showed our round at $61 per person plus tax. When I got to the course they charged me $69 per person. When I questioned the rate, I was told that the $69 rate is what was showing up on their system. At first I didn't think much of this but while practice putting on the green I heard other players complaining about the same thing. Whatever the issue is, it needs to fixed quickly. I plan on playing this course again in the near future and I hope I don't run into this issue again after posting this review.
