What people say about (Casselberry Golf Club)

David Petrella

I enjoyed my round. This course has 2 different looks. The front 9 is tight and treacherous. While the back is wide and forgiving. The pro shop is typical and I was served quickly and friendly. The course was in great shape. I have been playing mostly non-resort courses and this course was in the best condition of any I’ve played. Tee boxes and fairways were very good and the greens were impeccable. They were a tad slow as they were just a touch long. About the only general negative, was the layout as it snaked through a neighborhood with several busy street crossings. Anyway, I’d definitely play it again.

Had an awesome time out there. Course is very unique and in overall decent condition. I am looking forward to the next round there.

I've played this course multiple times and it's okay. I don't feel it's worth the amount that is regularly charged at peak months and the rounds can take 5+ hours due to over crowding and lack of tee time management. The practice facility has potential with the chipping green and lights to have a later practice session but the driving range is an absolute disaster. It does get a lot of play but there is almost no recovery sand mix being put down by golfers or the staff. The range is uneven and has holes all over it, the grass is not given any time to recover; most spots are just dirt and if you're paying a premium for golf balls, it would be nice to be able to hit off solid turf. You'd be better off removing sod from the driving range to help repair the hitting area cause there is no grass left. The cups on the putting green are also being cup way too low and being replaced incorrectly below the turf line. I understand it's a city course but paying attention to small details goes a long way.
