I’m the Director of Golf Maintenance Operations for a pair of 18 hole golf clubs in Central Florida. I’ve been dealing with GV for over 20 years in some way or another for equipment and parts purchases, to Agronomic supplies, chemicals and fertilizer. I’ve never dealt with an organization that was more customer oriented or professional. I’ve called my salesmen many times as late as 10pm and never have been turned away if I needed something fast. The last few years, my contact has been Mike Rowe and we have been extremely pleased with all the knowledge and help he provides. I hope the next 20 years of doing business together will be as pleasant as the past 20+

Sales reps are always going above and beyond looking for the best price for the customers. They manage all of their products and deliveries professionally. Save yourself time and stress and DO NOT purchase from here. The managing staff is unprofessional and clearly does not want customers. As a business you should aim for a high level of customer service and dependability. Golf Ventures was anything but that. They said that they would hold items for purchase and pick up; and then sold them to someone else. This from the start shows BAD COMMUNICATION on the sales team. Then instead of incurring the cost of drop shipping to have them available for the customer they guaranteed them for - they put it on me the CUSTOMER to pay the cost to drop ship them and have them arrive 5 days after the date I would have received them. They said that they would have to take it up to the CEO in order to "see" if they could drop the shipping cost. I got no response from anyone on the team in regards to figuring out a solution, and just an email asking if I would still like to place the order and pay for shipping. WHAT? When I asked how much drop shipping was they explained $13 dollars - this should speak VOLUMES - this company doesn't even value customers over a $13 dollar loss due to their error. They spent more money on the staff arguing then just making it a smooth process and having a returning customer. Then to top it off the manager Melissa ended the conversation saying she does not want to do business with us.
