Angler's Green Retirement Community

Lots of activities. Very clean. Locals seem VERY friendly. ( haven't met any snowbirds yet :) 9 hole golf course par 3 looks ok too. Roads are clean. Pool looks refreshing. Clubhouse was getting updates. Nothing really looks old or run down. Some homes are on lake with docks others on golf course, or just across street from all fun. Very few homes ( 5- 7) look old rest are updated or doublewides with updates. square footage on some homes are amazingly LARGE!! They allow 2 small dogs. If you can't or don't want to... mowing can be done for you for $40 a month!!!! They have a newsletter that comes out once a month to update us on what's happening in our ACTIVE community. Each home has its own personality an I love riding an looking.

Big shout out to Stephanie! She made the whole process from looking at homes to purchasing a home stress free. Anglers green is a beautiful little spot. The moment we drove in we knew we wanted to live here. It’s a really special place. Anglers green is clean,safe, quiet and really friendly. We are new to the community and love it so far. This is a quiet gated community and the people are very friendly here. Stephanie has been great to work with through the entire process of moving. She made things very easy.
