Champions Club at Summerfield

Overall a good course but not very forgiving if you don’t keep it close to the fairway. Course seemed a bit dry but otherwise well maintained. Greens were very fast. Played on a Friday at 1PM and front nine was a bit backed up but back nine was smoother. Ranger was constant presence and kept things moving.

I wouldn't recommend playing here unless you have a group of 4. Was paired with two new golfers, the marshal harassed us every couple holes, asked us to skip holes, was an awful experience. I would recommend to management, if you're aware that golfers are inexperienced (telling the starter before taking off) let them play alone and ask them to skip holes and speed up. Don't ruin other peoples day.

It's a fun course with a great layout. The holes aren't real long but require precision off the tee. The GREENS are another story. The greens are fairly fast with a lot of undulation. I consider myself an above average putter. Those greens humbled me. I would definitely recommend this course. The staff was great, the course conditions were great. It's a really fun course with eye opening challenges.
