Happy with our golf cart service. These folks don’t take you for a “ride” and rip you off they are honest with what you need or don’t need. Did some work on our gears- our golf cart runs much better uphill, and on the straightaway and we’re happy with the service they provided. Took a minute to get parts, but sometimes that happens in this day and age but overall, happy.

Very disappointed in Willie's golf cart company. I was trying to get my easy go golf cart fixed. Matt was extremely rude and told me I was taking too much time asking questions and trying to understand the problem. Really? I understand parts are hard to find. However. there is no excuse for rudeness. I do not recommend this place.

Had Willies a month ago because the cart was hesitating. Diagnosis was I needed a battery and starter. Parts were replaced, a rebuilt starter ( not happy with a rebuilt part) and a new battery. Less than 30 days later same problem and the cost of repair was $450 that was not needed and issue is still there!! Since then had the cart looked at again and all along I need a secondary clutch!! Called Willies back (12-30-22)spoke with Stacy and she said they are going to refund my money and they will replace the clutch for just a service call I was very impressed with that. Since then I have called back (1-9-23) spoke to Stacy, again because the part was to be put in last week. “Still waiting on the part”. When asked about the $450.00 refund now Richard is going to call me back by the end of the day. When I asked Stacy if the company has been sold she said yes, so with that being said be careful about any future repairs. I’m hoping they have integrity and refund me the $450.00 as promised by Stacy. 1-13-23 Update, received a call back from “Richard” on 1-10-23 and spoke to Richard and he stated they are sending my money back and going to put my old parts back in that were all in great working order. Richard came today 1-13-23 to take the battery and the starter out and replace them with some old parts, not the parts the company took out of my cart. The starter was old and rusty and Richard said they are going to replace these parts in order for me to get my refund!! Richard also stated the starter was guaranteed to fail and it did. Richard had to put the used starter back in that they replaced a month ago. Now Richard stated they are placing a hold on the “check that is in the mail” for the past week until they get get their used starter back and put another piece of used junk back in my cart. So I am out $450.00 with a used battery and a used old starter, I had a good starter and battery a month ago they took out of my cart and now replaced with some old rusty parts that I have no history on. It’s also terrible that Richard the manager was telling me I am such a “B”. I really can’t understand how I’m a “B” when that’s all I’m asking for is to be made whole!! Never in my life has a Company ever called me a “B”. PLEASE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGES be aware Willies Golf Cart Repair is no longer run by Willie who had integrity.
