Golfview Golf & Racquet Club

Golfview Condo's are South Fort Myers best. When you hear people say "tropical paradise" this place is what they are talking about. 5 star golf, 3 heated year round pools, lighted tennis courts, covered parking, beautiful landscaping. There are no age or pet restrictions. I decided to buy a condo here last year and I could not have made a better choice. Only thing you have to pay is the monthly $370 HOA and electric. This place is a dream come true. I did find that it is not advertised alot.

400 unit condo complex. 10 buildings overlooking a challenging (water) well maintained 9 hole par 3 course. Great people, facilities and maintenance.

Welcoming comunity, friendly, well run, great views from ALL condos. Reasonable HOA fees, smack in the middle of restaurants, bars. all the LARGE stores, serious shopping, Add a challenging and well mantained golf course, free play and well run fun tournaments for all levels of golfers, you'll play the game in no time. Did I say "free"? Yes, free golf!!! Of course only owners and renters. Small fee for your visiting kids. And wait 'till you start attending the various parties and affairs and games in or out of the Club House! Three heated pools, bochee ball, tennis courts, walking path around the Community, biking, pleasant walk to a nearby farmers market. This is the place to seriously consider for retirement. And FYI, I'm just a lucky resident... very lucky!
