What people say about (Swiss Fairways Golf Course)

Aynsley Hamilton-West

This course is cheap for a reason. While the young man who checked us in was very nice and accommodating, the course is atrocious. The fairways are nonexistent and the greens are all brown (you will loose your ball in the middle of the fairway). I’m sure that with proper care and maintenance this course has the potential look and play beautifully. I would not recommend this place, unless the owners decide to actually maintain the course.

Rubens Claudino

Probably the worst golf course I’ve ever been to. The grass was so overgrown I lost balls in the middle of the green! I paid full price only to find out 3 of the 9 holes were under repair. Yes, I understand hurricane Milton hit a week ago, but that’s no excuse for the atrocious maintenance. This wasn’t about a few branches lying around—this course was in absolutely horrible shape. It was my first and definitely my last time here. I played just 3 holes before leaving in frustration. The course is poorly maintained, plain and simple. To top it off, a maintenance guy actually yelled at me for driving over the tee box. There were no signs, and the same guy had just removed the tee box markers right before I started my 3rd hole—on a Sunday afternoon at 12 PM! I had to wait for him to finish removing everything before I could even start playing. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. It’s a complete disgrace to what golf should represent.

This course is a good place to get practice rounds in. It is not going to prove a top notch course with layout and manicured fairways and greens. It has interesting holes that provide challenge. For the price it is a must play when looking for balance of low price and fair golf test. It is 9 holes you play twice and can change tee boxes. 2 par 5's and 3 par threes.
