What people say about (Costa Del Sol Golf Club)

Great little course, reasonable rates, and great drink prices. I got my first ever HOLE IN ONE on #15!!!!!!

This golf course is an absolute disgrace, and it’s not even worth the dirt on my shoes, let alone the outrageous green fees. The customer service here is so atrocious it’s almost impressive—like they’ve made it an art form to be as rude, unhelpful, and downright dismissive as humanly possible. From the moment I arrived, the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by daring to show up. The guy at the pro shop barely looked up from his phone to grunt at me, and when I asked a simple question about the course layout, he rolled his eyes like I’d asked him to solve world hunger. The cart rental process was a nightmare—took 20 minutes because the attendant couldn’t be bothered to check availability properly, and then he had the gall to snap at me for not understanding his mumbled instructions. Out on the course, good luck getting any help. The marshal was nowhere to be found when we needed clarification on a rule, but he magically appeared to bark at us for being ‘too slow’—despite the fact that the group ahead was holding everyone up. And don’t even get me started on the bar staff; I’ve had friendlier interactions with a brick wall. They messed up my order twice and then acted like it was my fault for expecting competence. The course itself? Overpriced and underwhelming, but honestly, the abysmal customer service overshadows everything else. It’s like they’re trying to chase you away so they don’t have to do their jobs. Save your money and your sanity—play literally anywhere

Various recent reviews focus on areas the green keepers have clearly addressed (kudos to the staff). Greens are overall no issue at all, relatively consistent (my only request there is that the green staff cut the practice green to the same cut as the greens on the course more accurately). It’s a narrow course but an enjoyable one. Plenty of water to challenge you — accuracy is key. Staff are friendly. Range is small but functional. Worth a try if you’re in the area and looking for some inexpensive golf! Adjusted to 5 stars. The staff here are excellent and very accommodating, the community of regulars/members is friendly and welcoming. The work done to the course is really showing!
