Silverthorn Country Club

Course is in very poor condition. Many fairways with no grass, bunkers need sand, many trees so overgrown the limbs touch the ground. Was a beautiful golf course at one time, but no more. I am a member and have sadly watched this course steadily deteriorate over time.

My son and I recently played a round at Silverthorn, and we were thoroughly impressed by the phenomenal greens. The course offers a great mix of hazards and hills, all surrounded by picturesque ponds and beautiful homes lining the fairways. While we did experience a slow pace of play, which led us to skip the last two holes, we still plan to return and enjoy the course again. The carts and pathways were in excellent condition, fully operational, and contributed to a smooth and enjoyable day of golf. If you haven’t had the chance to play this course yet, I highly recommend making a reservation—it’s worth it!

Had a great 18 holes of golf. Wanted to have lunch after but the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Friendly in pro shop and the starter on 6/23/25 at 7 am was very accommodating. Will definitely go back on a Wednesday.
