The Hollow at Manchester Country Club

They only had 1 waiter at the time of turnover but they were still very tentative. It gave us more time to enjoy the beautiful view. Food was delicious and the beers flowed like wine.

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon to meet a friend for happy hour. I didn't realize that the country club at this gold course offered a happy hour and was excited to try it out! It seems they are doing a lot of construction and upgrading of a lot of buildings so it was very pretty looking. The outside patio near the water was especially nice. We were seated right away and you could have happy hour from any table, not just the bar, which was great. The happy hour menu was also pretty large with a lot of options. The buffalo chicken dip was especially good and a great deal for the cost. Some things like the tacos were a bit small for the price, but overall still good food. I'd recommend a stop in!

I had such a wonderful time dining at the Hollow - Manchester Country Club recently! The food was absolutely delicious—everything was prepared perfectly and tasted amazing. What really stood out, though, was the incredible service. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience even better. And the view? Just stunning! It added such a relaxing vibe to the evening. With such great food, amazing people, and affordable prices, I can’t recommend Manchester Country Club enough. I’ll definitely be back soon!
