Love this course. We play here often. Front 9 is mostly flat and straight. Back 9 is all hills. Fun and moderately challenging. The food is great at the restaurant. The pro shop is down back of the clubhouse.
Interesting course layout with a well stocked beer cart with hot dogs! Greens were a bit patchy for the higher greens fees.. Fantastic club house, though!
The course itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the restaurant is great — solid food and a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, what stood out most during our visit wasn’t the golf, but the unprofessionalism in the pro shop. I played here with my dad a few weeks ago, and when he inquired about a membership, the attendant, Martin, responded with “whoa whoa whoa, slow down” in a tone that was unnecessarily rude and condescending. My father is incredibly calm and respectful — there was nothing aggressive about the question. It felt dismissive and uncalled for. After our experience, I looked at other reviews and noticed a pattern — most of the negative feedback seems to revolve around the same issue: poor customer service from the pro shop. It’s unfortunate, because everything else about the place is solid. Hopefully the management addresses this, as first impressions really do matter.
