Rarely leave any reviews, as I think the best way to deal with bad service is to give a company zero business. I know Golfio, since the days of the online only platform. I sent an email. No response. I walked in and zero assistance. Finally had to walk myself down to the register to ask. I know I appear to be of limited resources. Who knows. 17 years of service(law enforcement ) and all I wanted was a Scotty Cameron for my boy, who will be home from the Marines soon. I asked about a Fourth of July/LE/MILITARY discount. I did not ask for a free putter or any handouts. Just wanted to see if there was wiggle room for a year old putter for my boy. Perhaps a 4th of July discount. Anyway, I don’t like to speculate. Maybe the Golfio workers were busy. Just find it disrespectful, that’s all. No email response. No service. Didn’t appear the other patrons in the store had an issue getting service, but that is neither here nor there. Update 7/11: I left my information for you at your store, last week. Still no response.

My wife and I stopped by today just to look for some golf shoes… but of course, we ended up getting distracted by the putters! 😆 Brian helped us out and he was absolutely fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between blade and mallet putters in a way that was super easy and fun to understand! We honestly weren’t planning on buying a putter today, but thanks to Brian’s great advice and friendly energy, we left with a brand new one that we’re so excited to try out! Highly recommend this shop! And definitely ask for Brian if you want someone who really knows his stuff and makes the whole experience enjoyable.
