Country Club Estates

This is a trailer park. Well maintained and quiet. I visit family occassionally. Always clean and seems very well run with an association so it stays nice. Only issue is so much red on curbs parking is always a problem and DON'T have a party unless you can use their records room cause agsin parking can force guests into a heck of a walk.

I was visiting friends who live there. The lady in the office was great,, they have a great clubhouse. Lending library with a great variety of books. A pool room with a great table and cues. Also a pool and seperate hot tub. Showers and restrooms at poolside are clean & well kept. A gym in the clubhouse..

Nice, clean, friendly mobile home park. Located outskirts of town but within 5 to 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants.
