We went to check out golf galaxy yesterday (3.15.25) for the first time because our son wants to get into golfing. What a beautiful store! They have a big selection of products. And the staff was really friendly!

Okay, so I went in to Golf Galaxy to 90 day return a set of irons. I called prior to make sure everything was in order before I took the lengthy drive down. I spoke to Sam and he assured me the return was no problem. However, when I got there Sam was unavailable. Sean took me to the bays and set me up to find the right irons for me. He took his time, made sure I was able to test out everything available in LH. We went over the numbers and I made my decision. Mizuno Pro S3 it was. At the counter, when it was time to check out there was a problem finding my initial purchase and it was a cluster of a transaction. However, Melissa, Lee, Sean and Sam went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. I was, indeed, losing my patience with the transaction. But the professionalism and customer service was well enough to make up for it. Will return for future purchases.
