Loomis Basin Community Park (South)

Big, open and lots of things to do here. We especially love the creek and the walking trails. We finally got to see the salmon spawning this year. Also if you come during/for a little league game then the snack bar is great. 6-25 Back out here again. This time The North side of the park has been redone. And has a barbecue, pit cornhole and a very nice relaxing area.

Nice park off the beaten path. We enjoyed the covered area with picnic tables beneath. Decent restrooms, and the children's play area looked nice.

Loomis, Placer County you need to put speed bumps in the upper parking lot. We witnessed 2 close calls with small children almost getting run over and multiple near misses with vehicles colliding. These drivers come screaming into lot, it's a disaster waiting to happen.
