Knollwood Country Club

This is in regard to their private events. They were very helpful in the overall planning and organization. Everything except the service on the actual day of the event was more than satisfactory. Per the contract, we were supposed to have someone on site the day of to help out. When we got there the point of contact immediately went on an almost 2 hour lunch. When they did get back they were helpful, though pretty hands off as we had to locate them to get any assistance. After about an hour or two into the event they disappeared again for the rest of the night. The kitchen staff was very kind and helpful but short-staffed. Reading the other reviews it looks like the POC were more hands on and even stayed all night with some. Unfortunately that was not the case for us. We felt abandoned and our own for the most part.

The worst managed course in LA county. Not worth your time or money. Takes over 6 hours to finish, and that's if you are lucky. Backed up in every tee and every shot.

Knollwood Country Club was exactly the reception venue we needed. Not only was the setting beautiful, but Sue, Chris, and the entire team truly cared about making our wedding day amazing. After a stressful experience with another venue, we were blown away by how professional, accommodating, and supportive everyone was. In just two months, they made everything from payments to setup and coordination easy. The space itself was stunning, and Sue even went above and beyond by adding a side room for our cocktail hour to accommodate our large guest count. The whole night felt like the perfect fairytale celebration we had dreamed of to match our Tangled-themed wedding, and it was clear that the team wasn’t just after our business; they genuinely cared about our happiness. If you’re looking for a venue that truly wants your day to be amazing, Knollwood should be your choice.
