Some other delivery driver wrote a review saying there is no directory of apartments, however, there most definitely is a map of the layout. It's right there at the entrance when you pull into the apartments. I've delivered to these apartments for almost 5 years & its always been there. So to my fellow delivery drivers, Take a picture. Problem solved.
This place is hard to detect where Apts are I see no directory for delivering items this place is a challenge. Lots of walking to get to an apt. And nobody I asked knew where apt numbers where.
The manager Michelle is very unreasonable and has a horrible attitude. She was hired because she had a connection, our old manager before her was very loved and did a lovely job. We and others are considering moving because of her, kerman is very small with almost no where to go but i definitely do not recommend this place simply because of her it will be problem after problem she does not give it a break. She also always always has an attitude, she was upset bc my apartment was having problems and tried to make it our fault for not calling sooner as if that fixes anything. Be prepared to deal with this behavior. FIRE HER!!!!!
