I have been coming here off and on for years. Today reminded me of why ever "off". Always great customer service. Great you at the door. Very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Great pricing as well and always beats that Richard's Sporting Goods place... Bought a Taylormade Qi10 last year, 1 month, and 1 week ago. Blew the cap right off the bottom. So 1 year warranty gone. With no hesitation they ordered me a new replacement. They were willing to hand a new one right over but didn't have it in stock. Gotta love an appreciate that kind of customer service. From now on I will go out of my way just to make it to Dublin.

I had an outstanding experience with Bill at GolfMart! I stopped by late on a Friday as a new golfer who didn’t really know what I was doing, and Bill went above and beyond to help. He took the time to listen to my needs and guided me toward the perfect club and shaft setup. His knowledge and patience made all the difference, and he recommended products that I can grow into as I improve. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend asking for Bill if you want personalized, expert assistance!

Edit! Club head also broke without me doing anything but swinging. Eric asst. Manager was amazing. Warrantied the club and gave me a brand new one. Amazing customer service! I did retail sales in various roles for several years and this was a fantastic experience. He checked the club as he should and validated it's broken. Take a lesson from him! Customer service is paramount! Bought a brand new ping driver 15 days ago and was fitted. That experience was great. Ping g430 max 10k. Expensive!!!! Since purchasing it, I literally played only one round of golf and hit a small bucket at the driving range. Then yesterday, standing on hole one getting ready to tee off, I did a practice swing, and the driver shaft fell apart in my hands. I am not a club thrower or abuser in any way. I called Golf Mart right away and explained the issue. They said they would replace the shaft. I went there today (the day after) and was accused that either I had done something wrong or that I incorrectly store my clubs. For the manager not to believe me was upsetting; clearly this was a manufacturing defect which was not my fault. They replaced the shaft, choosing not to simply replace the club altogether. I live an hour away and chose this shop because I had a previous great experience with mizuno 921 hot metal pro fitting. But I will no longer go there after being accused of wrongdoing and treated badly....never again will I spend my money there. I am a disabled veteran and money is tight. To be treated this way and not respected is unforgettable and ridiculous.
