Over priced... DR Horton is not that good of a builder to justify their pricing... go up higher on the hill and get more home for the price.

I have been in customer service for over 14 years. During that time, I have seen a lot of great service and I seen a lot of horrible service. Hands-down, the staff here at Augusta at the Fairways are what I would call world class service providers. I literally cannot overly state the amount of respect, care, availability, willingness to answer the phone at all hours in a day to answer questions, the prompt response to ALL my emails, not one email ignored, and lets NOT forget, their unwavering kindness delivered. I may not have purchased a castle in the literal sense, but I was treated as if I did. The professionalism, support and the kindness delivered from everyone from the front office all the way to the very end with the loan department and the home security system that’s offered with the HOA is absolutely incredible. With Tiffany, Adam, and Ryan in the office, your new home is just 45 days away. These three people are a power machine and they work very hard and work with class to bring you your new home as they did for me and my family. I am forever indebted to them for their amazing work that they pulled off to deliver me my new house. So why are you still reading this article?? Go out there and get yourself a new home?!!!! 😏
