Rancho Monserate Golf Course

This is an excellent community for energetic adults, featuring a private Golf course and recently renovated Tennis courts. The community also has its own team of tennis players, and the courts alternate between regular matches and Pickle ball games. The only downside is that some single women may be interested in pursuing married men. However, overall I highly recommend this community and give it five stars. Side note : Another benefactor for this park, is homeowners own the land as well.

232 homes share a 9 hole executive golf course. We have an RV park and are solar powered. Our heated pool includes a Jacuzzi and there is a chapel on the grounds.

I went to look at a mobile home that is for sale. Beautiful park. Park is for age 55 or older. Great views from the unit I looked at.
