It is a beautiful place. One championship golf course & one executive course. Many lakes & water features. Three gyms, lots of pools & spas, tennis courts, driving range, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, huge theater with live shows, poolroom with 4 tables, & many clubs. I'd love it IF it weren't restricted. WAY TOO MANY HOA RULES! Even the security staff apologize for what they have to enforce. Nosey old people constantly snooping around & reporting. Example; WE had too many flower pots around the front & 2 sides of our house. YOU'RE ONLY ALLOWED 8, we had 10, all earth tones!!!!! You'd think we put out 100 plastic flamingos! It's a 55 & over community. I don't like any restricted communities. But, This is ridiculous.
