From the moment we stepped in for our initial tour, we were so impressed by how beautiful the venue was and how kind and welcoming the staff were. Roseann was absolutely amazing—her responsiveness, attention to detail, and constant open communication made the entire planning process so smooth and stress-free. She was always there to support us and make sure everything was perfect. On the day of our event, the staff went above and beyond to make our engagement celebration unforgettable. Our guests kept telling us how stunning the venue was and how exceptional the service felt throughout the day. Roseann was incredible—she went above and beyond with planning and decor, adding thoughtful details like gold beads instead of silver to the centerpieces and extra flowers throughout for a cohesive look. Her support throughout the process and during the event made everything run smoothly, bringing our vision to life. The staff was professional and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out!
