Shawnee Golf Course

After all,this has been under water several times and taking that into consideration it’s not in the best shape. These pictures are of the back nine fairways and as you can see there isn’t much to hit off of. Finding a tuff of grass and placing the ball on it was the best case scenario. These guys need to reseed and put a little money into it. The front nine is in much better shape and the bunkers are in great shape and very playable. The staff are super duper and very helpful.

This is one of the only places on the west side that you can practice without buying a round. They have a driving range, and a chipping/putting green. Its not ideal after rainy days to play here, as its right next to the river, and holds water pretty easily. Otherwise, its a nice city course, and well worth the visit.

Fairways and rough needed work, BUT the place was under water 2 weeks prior. However, greens were perfect! I'll definetly go back and play later in the summer.
