What people say about (Links at Bentonville)

I was experiencing a pest issue within the first year of renting out an apartment within this location, it took over a year before they did anything about it. Me and my neighbors have experienced times when the maintenance people go through your personal stuff, even though they're only supposed to inspect deficiencies within the structural integrity of the common areas in a renters apartment. If you're the type that likes the chill renting life, rent from any other possible apartment. Rent from across the street, on the other side of town, anywhere but here.

I am consistently cleaning, and we have regular pest management, but I still can’t get rid of all the roaches. There is also a lot of police in the area, so it’s a little annoying to be pulled over for minor things like my lights, just to be told that I’m good to go. I also got annoyed with the golfers. I would hear golf balls hitting my window or barely miss me when I was walking. The staff were very helpful and took safety seriously as there were some events that occurred with one of my neighbors and others around the area. We do have people who will speed through the neighborhood and that can be dangerous if you have small children. My rent started at $885 , and the new lease jumped to $920.

Let me just start by saying I have been playing golf for 13 years of my life, 5 years in high school and I have NEVER been treated so poorly like I was yesterday at this Links course. I usually always go to the one on Rainbow Road because it is a beautiful course, however I booked the wrong one online and went ahead and went to play my 9 holes. I walked in and was told that I owed an extra $20 on my booking and the nice older man couldn’t figure out why so he went and grabbed the manager? I’m not sure what or who he was but he was a middle aged man that had no motivation to get anyone on the golf course to enjoy the beautiful day we had. My booking was at 3:55 pm and he made sure to tell me that if I would’ve came at 5 pm he wouldn’t let me golf because it was scramble Monday… that is a whole hour and 5 minutes away and I would have been probably almost done with my 9 holes. I asked them if they could use the card on file to pay the $20 and the nice older man said yes and the other guy insisted I use another card so I gave him a card, which was the wrong one on accident and he made sure to say out loud in front of everyone “ insufficient funds “ and said we can get a refund. Also, the customer behind me also made a comment to us about how this man doesn’t want anyone to golf and was also giving him a hard time to golf, this is easy money this course can and should be making but his piss poor attitude is turning customers away. All my sister and I wanted to do was enjoy a quick round of golf and we didn’t even get to do that because we were so baffled at how we were just treated. This man didn’t want to do his job what so ever and definitely didn’t went to stick around and wait for us to turn in our carts, he was too worried about eating his strawberries. Don’t waste your time, go to the links or any other golf course.
